The whole process was exceptional. Bari emails you a weekly update and then again when the furniture is on the way. The color, measurements and pictures on the web site are exactly what we received and the furniture is VERY comfortable. We received a phone call 24 hours in advance of delivery, just as Bari had stated in their email. The two 'white glove' delivery guys were extremely careful getting it all into the house...as well as polite and professional. We would not hesitate to deal with Bari again.
