Warranty
Bari Outdoor Furniture warrants to the original purchaser that for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase Bari Outdoor Furniture will, at it’s discretion, repair or replace any piece of furniture that is found to be defective in material or workmanship.
It is required that you notify Bari Outdoor Furniture of any defect found within one year from the date of purchase. After receiving notification of a claim, it may be necessary for Bari Outdoor Furniture or the manufacturer to arrange for an inspection of your furniture to determine whether or not a defect exists.
Repairs will be attempted as the preferred resolution method in all cases. However, if Bari Outdoor Furniture, the manufacturer, or an authorized representative of the manufacturer determines that repair is impractical, Bari Outdoor Furniture will furnish a substitute unit of the same or similar color, design, style and quality. Bari Outdoor Furniture will honor reasonable and customary labor charges during this warranty period for the purpose of repair or replacement of warranty parts. An authorized Bari Outdoor Furniture Service Agent should perform warranty service.
This warranty protects you only when you purchase your furniture from Bari Outdoor Furniture and is only applicable for normal household use, not for commercial use.
Proper care and use are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty. Bari Outdoor Furniture will not repair or replace your furniture if improper maintenance or improper use causes damage. This warranty does not apply if your product is damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents including burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentions or pet damage. This warranty does not cover floor samples or products designated “AS IS” at the time of purchase.
Bari Outdoor Furniture will not be liable for consequential or incidental damages. Bari Outdoor Furniture will not be liable for any loss, expense, or damage other than to the furniture itself that may result from a defect in the furniture. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Bari Outdoor Furniture makes no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. These and all other implied warranties are specifically disclaimed. Some states do not allow an exclusion or limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
